PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING TO USE THIS WEBSITE. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGULATE YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ALL MATERIAL WITHIN IT.

Orders
Your order via this website constitutes an OFFER, which can then be accepted by Brewhaha Tea Limited by the despatch of goods ordered. Errors & omissions excepted.
Brewhaha will endeavour to process your order within 2 working days. Delivery times are 3 to 5 days for UK or up to 10 days for outside UK deliveries. Brewhaha will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met. Brewhaha shall not be responsible for despatched items delayed in the post
Brewhaha will take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch in order to ensure that there are no last minute problems in getting your order to you.
Any promotional offers we make are designed to be used independently and in accordance with the offer as presented.
Please ensure that your payment is in Pounds Sterling and is for the correct amount - if not, your application will be rejected.

Note for items despatched overseas Brewhaha is not responsible for the payment of any Import Duty or Customs charges for the products ordered via this website. A charge may be payable by you at the point of delivery.

All goods offered are subject to availability.
Brewhaha reserves the right to suspend, modify or amend the Brewhaha shop website (or any part thereof) at any time.
The items shown in this website are a fair representation of the actual items, although minor details may vary.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours. Please e-mail your cancellation to us at brewhahatea@hotmail.com or call 0141 221 5771 and we will issue a full refund.
If your order is unsuitable for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days at your own cost to the address below. Please email brewhahatea@hotmail.com with your full request.
Any item that is faulty or damaged can be returned to us free of charge for a refund or replacement - please contact brewhahatea@hotmail.com or 0141 221 5771 for details
IMPORTANT: Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you. please note that a jiffy bag is not sufficient to protect a pack of tea from being crushed, a substaintial box is required.

Security Statement
We're passionate about the service we offer and that includes our approach to security. Maintaining your privacy is a priority which is why we use RBS Worldpay, a third party payment specialist. They are one of the largest independent payment processor in the UK and are compliant to the highest level in payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS). So you can be assured that all the information you enter is safe and secure.
We won't capture or store your card details and once you have entered your card number into a payment page securely hosted by Sage Pay, all sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing.
Once your transaction has been submitted, you will be automatically redirected back to our site where you will receive a confirmation regarding your order.
Through Worlpay, we also have enabled 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard). This is an additional check to confirm no one but you is using your card. This box will appear and ask you to enter a selection of charachters from your password e.g. first, third and fith character. So don't be alarmed if this additional check appears.
